1 How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, you must send an email request to our support team.

Important Requirement

For security verification, you must send this email from the same email address you used to register on the app. This helps us ensure that only the account owner can request deletion.

2 Processing Time

Once we receive your email, our team will verify your details and process your request according to the following timeline:

• Verification: Our support team will verify that you are the legitimate account owner.
• Deletion Timeline: Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving the request.
• Confirmation: We will send you a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

3 What Happens to Your Data

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently removed:

• Profile Information: Your name and account details
• Mock Test Scores: All your test results and performance history
• Saved College Lists: Your personalized college preferences and bookmarks
• Chat History: All your conversations with our ChatLLM and support team

4 Subscription & Refunds

Important Notice

Please be aware of the following regarding your subscription when deleting your account:

• No Automatic Refunds: Deleting your account does not automatically initiate a refund for any active subscriptions. Your subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your subscription terms.
• Immediate Access Revocation: You will lose access to all premium features immediately upon account deletion.
• Remaining Subscription Time: Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited upon deletion.
